There is a vital interest for the collection and processing

Article 6d, vital interest.
Processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This is to take into consideration that there could be times when you can't provide consent or it doesn't fulfil another legal basis for processing. For example you are in a car accident, you can't sign a contract, you can't give consent, and there is no other basis. It means that it enables the accident and emergency to process your personal data in order to save your life.
