How do I know when I'm sharing personal data?

You are either ACTIVE in sharing your data or PASSIVE
  1. If you are ACTIVE, you need to do something every time you share data, for example add your name and telephone number to a web- form.
  2. If you are PASSIVE, it is most likely that you do something once to enable sharing of personal data, and after this your personal data is shared automatically, for example every time you start up an app on your mobile device.
